This triple berry smoothie is packed with flavor from cranberry, blackberry, and blueberry. It's tangy, a little sweet, and ready in just minutes. Great as a quick breakfast, snack, or post-workout drink.

This smoothie fits vegetarian and gluten=free diets.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add the blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, and milk to a blender.
  2. Add the honey.
  3. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Smoothies are best fresh, but you can keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 day in a sealed jar or bottle. Shake well before drinking. You can also freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and blend later with a bit of milk to refresh.
