If you enjoy infused water, you might also like this other fruit-infused water recipe made with fresh fruit.

This infused water gives you the coolness of cucumber, the brightness of lemon, and just a hint of mint. It’s not sweet or strong, just gently flavored water that feels very fresh.
I serve this straight from the fridge, poured over ice. It’s great with lunch, after a workout, or as a simple drink for warm days. You can also make a pitcher when friends are visiting, no one says no to a glass of something so cool and fresh.

How to Make Cucumber Lemon Mint Water
Slice the cucumber and lemon, add them to a jug of cold water with a few sprigs of fresh mint, and let it sit in the fridge. The longer it sits, the stronger the flavors become. I usually let it infuse for at least an hour, longer if I have time and can be patient. Add some ice when you serve it, and that’s it.
You can swap lemon for lime or orange slices. If you don’t have mint, basil also works well. You can also add berries or sliced ginger for extra flavor.
