This salmon sesame burger recipe uses finely chopped fresh salmon, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Easy to cook and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinned and finely chopped
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds (toast for extra flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs,
    garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper.
    Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a patty.
